I haven't bought mazda 6 yet but am thinking to buy if the live traffic feature is available as it is very important to me..

After paying close to 35K, I have to relay on a portable GPS unit to get my live updates. This is not right.

Please enable live traffic. It's sad that a company like Mazda is cutting costs in software enhancements. If not, request atleast android auto support so that we need not rely on mazda's useless software.

I too share the disappointment with my fellow owners that this designed and intended feature is unavailable. I bought the absolute top of the line model Mazda6 i Grand Touring with the GT Technology Package, and it is delivered to me with installed features that are grayed out. What is this, a teaser? You're telling me that there are features someone else gets? Or that Mazda is just too lazy to remove content in unsupported markets? I think the last is most probable.

It is disgusting and unfair to have a car on market in nowadays without working live traffic in USA. Moreover it was advertised - so it also a lie to customers.

Need real time traffic. Try living in Atlanta and not having traffic alerts.. historic traffic is of no help

cently purchased a CX-5 GT AWD with Tech and iActiveSense. Across all marketing and discussions it was apparent it comes with live traffic. Post using the same for over a month I understand there is NO live traffic. In fact, earlier versions of CX-5 offered the same, included in price but not in 2016. This I find extremely deceptive especially since its well marketed and documented. Having to commute to work daily I find live traffic updates invaluable. Effectively, I am forced to use my Smartphone to navigate even after spending +30,000 $ on a car.

I love mazdas and I purchased a 2016.5 CX-5 after having a 2006 mazda 3 for almost 10 years. In the future if you don't have live traffic, I will definitely consider another car.

Very disappointed to learn that the navigation has no live traffic when this is pretty much standard feature now. It does not make sense to open up navigation plus my phone to be able to find the fastest route. Please fix this asap.
