Mazda - I purchased this vehicle for real time traffic updates - please reinstate it now or compensate us for false information

2016.5 CX5 Touring. Greatly dissapointed in this feature not being available as promised by Mazda. I have a Garmin GPS for 100 dollars that does that and more. Not acceptable

j'ai changé mon CX-5 GT 2014 pour un 2016 et quelle déception de voir que Mazda retrograde avec leur GPS, le Live traffic était une option indispensable pour moi et je suis vraiment décu maintenant

The HD radio traffic is utterly useless. The lack of real time traffic in the nav makes the nav pretty well useless as well.

Live traffic updates must be provided for Mazda 6. The car was sold to me by saying this feature is available in the car. I wasn't told this "dummy " feature does not work.

Appreciate the detail given to the 2016 Mazda 6. However, the infotainment system is lacking overall. Please hear your customer base and provide updates.

It's 2016. Every nav system should include live traffic updates. Get with the program Mazda.

I will not buy the gps sd card until it has live traffic, otherwise it's a useless gps.

When shopping to replace my Protege, I did not shop for other models....just went in and got a Mazda 3. I also paid the premium for a "i Grand touring". Does not even have traffics updates. "Grand" ?????
Should have bought a Camry instead. If Mazda cannot fix this, no more Mazdas for me,

This is should go back to my 2015! A cheap $30 pay as you go Nokia phone has a better Navigation System then this!

Yes, what is the hold up on getting live traffic updates. Most of the competitors have it - Toyota, Honda, etc. The sales staff are telling new owners that the car has this feature, but what we have not is not useful. Come no guys, get on with it...
