Bought my 2016.5 -CX-5 a few months ago and am really disappointed with Mazda not telling me I didn't have real time traffic. I got the same kinda response. working on it.

Traded in a 2013 CX9 for a 2016 CX9 Signature. I was told real-time traffic worked better than in my 2013. There is no real-time traffic

This was promised and yet not delivered on our 2016.5. I got a 2017 CX-5 as well, so now do I have two vehicles with the feature missing?

2016 Mazda 6. I bought the nav so I could refrain from using my phone and be less distracted. Not having this feature has made me take my eyes off the road and focus on my phone. It would be great if it can be reenabled and function with a live traffic fead.
