This is a safety issue as well as a missing promised functionality issue. The typical understanding of using traffic data to determine a route means using live data not historical. Please fix it.

This was promised to me when I bought my 2016 CX-5 in February... please get on it and provide us with the live map data so the Nav system works! Very frustrated.

Bring live traffic back. Had it on my 2013 CX-9. It's irresponsible for Mazda to take go backwards.

I will not purchase a Grand Touring or iTouring model with "nav" until the live traffic issue is resolved. Very disappointed in Mazda for even making this an issue.

I cannot believe that this feature is missing when the dealer that took me on test drive actually told me it was included in the car I ended up buying. This is ridiculous, bordering on reprehensible. Mazda should be held responsible for this failure!

My experience was bad as I test drove the Mazda at a local car show that had traffic on it but two weeks later the new car did not.
Also other things missing: regenerative braking and memory seats.
Really got ripped off.

As it was advertised, please bring live traffic ASAP. Or refund us towards Garmin gps with live traffic. It is inconceivable that Mazda can't stand next to Honda, Ford and other by providing features that are basic in today's market.

Mazda decided to include Navigation in the 2016.5 CX-5 model and raised its price by $400. I paid much more than that for the Tech Package that included navigation and I wouldn't have bought it had I known that what was advertised in the marketing literature wasn't in fact delivered. I can buy a top of the line Navigation system with Live Traffic alerts and dash camera for much less than $400.
Either Mazda upgrades its Navigation now and restores what has been disabled, or they send me a check asap.
