Navigation is useless in cities without live traffic option!

Disappointed that live traffic reports are not available on my Mazda 6. They should be available on all cars.

My first Mazda after years of loyalty to Toyota and I've had nothing but disappointment with the service this company gives it's customers. The car is great but the company's customer service is terrible! Talk about bait and switch, I'll be heading back to Toyota soon.

worked fine, updated the SD Card and woosh its gone! Live traffic was great satnav is almost useless now in big cities

I love my Mazda, but not having real-time traffic information in the navigation is a CONSTANT aggravation. You would think Mazda would want happy customers..

Was extremely disappointed when realized that life traffic doesn't work. Started to use Waze application on phone instead... Better not to pay for navigation at all!

Please update and include this feature. I love Mazda but probably won't purchase one because of this.

This system is useless on a day to day basis and if using it on a long trip will cause great aggravation. This will make me change my mind about purchasing a Mazda in future.

Recent purchaser of 2016 CX-5 Grand Touring . . . super disappointed. I used the previously available traffic feed multiple times per day.

Live traffic worked on my cx-5 for first 3 months after purchase. Now the option is grayed put.
It’s joke that Mazda marketed Akera model with live traffic data and silently disabled the option after sale.

I just bought a CX-5 and was totally shocked that the Traffic system didn't work as it had on my 2014 CX-5. Can't believe it.

I have a 2017 Mazda CX-5 and I am all for this. This is definitely a safety issue, having to use our cell phones, and the navigation is useless without live traffic. This is one option all vehicles should be equipped with.

I'm disappointed in Mazda for falsely claiming this feature is available. It was part of the decision to upgrade the package to the touring.
