This is a ridiculous waste of resources.
Let’s focus on bullying and teacher morale.

I am signing in support of flags in school.
The boards duties are to support citizenship and a safe learning environment. I expect that to be upheld and allow all flags including DEI flags in schools.
This is a public school and all kids should feel represented.

As a Little Miami alumnus, I think the enforcement of this new rule will be detrimental to students who are in the process of self discovery. While it’s never a teachers role or job to pressure students into thinking a certain way, it is the responsibility of the teacher to accept and help guide students; as well it is a teachers role to accept students as they are. I believe removing flags of inclusivity will directly harm a big portion of students and alienate them further than what is already happening on social media, which does enough damage to young people in our society.

Please allow our teachers to teach and have flags signs and banners to ensure all the children in the classroom feel safe and included

As a former LM student I am appalled by this. Freedom of speech is slowly being taken away one day at a time and this is not a step in the right direction. Absolutely horrible.

This is an absurd bill that is all about restricting freedom of expression and is in no way helpful for school morale.

Wallace is filled with hate and intolerance. He needs to be tested for dementia and Alzheimer’s.

This policy would significantly inhibit our teachers ability to create a welcoming and stimulating environment for our students. Why would anyone associated with education be opposed to creating an environment that engages our kids and encourages them to be the best version of themselves? Please don’t let other people’s fears and insecurities undermine our schools.

Please don't do this. My daughter is special needs and has a hard time opening up because she feels judged due to her disabilities. With these signs it shows that she isn't alone and the positive side of learning, of problem solving and being kindness towards every single person.

Grew up going LM and some of the best parts were seeing how personal each teachers classroom were!

Please allow our teachers to welcome our students into warm and inviting environments. Don’t we as a district have bigger problems? Bullying? Why in the world are we taking away the teacher’s right to decorate her classroom? Students will not thrive in a colorless classroom. Teachers also need to enjoy the space that they come to every day. Do not take away this small opportunity of joy for our staff and students.

This is going way too far.
