Definitely need a bigger retail store, more variety and more job opportunities.

Kmart is a great shopping Mecca. I used to shop at the Katoomba store frequently before it closed. I was ver sad to see it go. Lithgow would gain greatly from a kmart store.

We need a kmart. Target have the monopoly of these type of industry's and there prices are ridiculous. Plus we need the extra jobs it will create in the community.

Shouldn't come to a petition Lithgow us going backwards needs so
Etching to produce jobs for a change u stead of taking them away think it's time for a Wake up

Kmart would be great in Lithgow
Target sucks and can sometimes be way to expensive and that's really all litjgow has got. Most people travel to shop now.

This would be so good for Lithgow as jobs are scarce and not to mention there is only 1 Department store in town! I moved to Lithgow from sydney hoping for a better life but I'm still yet to find a permanent job and I've been here 2.5 years now, I am considering to move as lithgow has nothing to offer! It seems to be who you know in lithgow, otherwise no1 wants to know you! I hope a Kmart comes to town but council may squash the idea.

I miss Kmart for everyday shopping needs. Great variety and prices. Have to drive an hour and a half just to get to one now :(
