Lithgow really does need a Kmart I love shopping at Kmart it has almost everything !!! The area around Lithgow does have Kmart so it will also bring outsiders in to spend Money in our town !! Help Lithgow grow with more jobs for the growing population !! Kmart will do really well in Lithgow , I say do it for everyone !!!!!!!!

We need Kmart. There are a lot of low socio economic people who cannot afford anywhere else in this town. Kmart has cheap, quality goods.

this is just what we need!!! kmart is better than target and makes for excellent shopping! ehen it comes time for xmas shopping i can shop for everyone in the one place!

Agreed .. We do need a Kmart over traveling 3hrs to get to one.. Great opportunity for jobs also

Couldn't agree more! I used to make weekly trips ( if not MORE) to katoomba to go to kmart. I know alot of people in katoomba weren't impressed when kmart was closed (as well as people in Bathurst when it was there). I occasionally travel to Penrith to go to kmart but a 3 hour round trip is a long way. Having said that, imagine the amount if people from Bathurst AND katoomba that would make the trip here! It would boost every other shops economies too!
Target is good, but so expensive for things like kids clothes!
Again, I couldn't agree with a kmart more and I hope the public are heard! The idea of it is so exciting!

I love kmart, and miss it in katoomba where id travel, just to shop there. It would be an amazing opportunity on many levels for Lithgow residents. Along with even more job opportunities.

Lithgow needs a good cheaper range department store so residents don't have to go to Bathurst or down the mountains keep retail dollars in town. A big w would be good.
