Would be good but cant see it happening due to the owner of target having a lot to do with the lithgow council, the council didnt even approve Hungry Jacks on the highway why would they approve this? the council doesnt want the town to grow and they do a great job at it too! also if the council wasnt so messed up in the head and let progress happen we might even be able to afford christmas decorations for Main St and roads in Lithgow streets without pot holes or grass growing out of them!

Lithgow needs to grow & create jobs - it won't happen unless businesses are able to come to the town and establish themselves. We are tired of being by-passed with all the growth centring around Bathurst. Come on Coulcil be a bit more pro-active for our town.

Lithgow has nothing good in it anymore, this would be a great investment. It would provide a good source of jobs as well.

Target are way too overpriced & hardly have any stock, i literally hate shopping there.. Kmart is that much better that i still travel 2+hours just to get the products i need.. NEED A KMART NOW!!

For too long we here in Lithgow have had to go to target or go out of town to Bathurst or Penrith, we are always told to support out town so if we were to get a Kmart more people would stay in town to shop it's about time we had a choice in our shopping

we desperately need a Kmart store here in Lithgow!! I am also needing a job, preferably in the admin/office area but am very willing to try anything. Pkus, a Kmart store will provide desperately needed jobs in our town. We need to stop being bypassed by big business and members of the public as they travel to Bathurst or towards Sydney to do their shopping..

Opening a Kmart would make such a big difference to Lithgow .. jobs and more income from surrounding areas.
