I personally don't think the system of social housing it addresses the challenges the poor people are facing because if you don't work nor able to pay rent,you are threatened with evictions and you blacklisted.

We are being treated as if we still living under apartheid Era 99 lease was scrapped where black people were not given a chance to own a house 25 years after democracy same rule still applies where Joshco and the rest are milking the poor working class what we want is clear paying for our rates and services but not rental which benefit the few

Give people ownership

The initiation of the project is good but the problem is the policy and if the policy can change and give people ownership and not abuse or threaten them with eviction not understanding why they nolonger afford to pay rent.
