It's unfare for a Black South African to not own house at the age of 30 years,other races give their children lets for house at the age of 21st.We voted democracy but we don't own houses in our country.I wonder if it can be only people who have title deed only that can vote, is our government would have chance to hold power?

I am a South African citizen, unemployed mother who is fighting for what is right for me and my family, which is a shelter for my family.

Joshco can not have a name tag Social yet sleeping in the same bed with loan Shark absa. As much as it is legally as per Policy Makers the bottom line it is Not right to force oil to mix with water (conflict of interest). You can Not claim to be housing Umphakathi (community) yet its a Rental for Life imprisonment. Housing is providing a HOME yet rental is profit fuelled and provides a Temporary shelter. Joshco's core mandate is to provide Social Housing, that is providing homes especially to the Middle income earner population. Therefore Joshco and absa relationship was not supposed to have happened. A lot of Top Dogs are benefiting and they will fight and kick to forever have their hands into the honey and milk pot - so Sad !!

Shelter is a basic right. Without these social houses gauteng will be full of illegal shacks. No person should be evicted by the government who is suppose to provide shelter for them
