We are seeking the approval of a Liquor Licence to reopen a Bay Ridge Brooklyn Landmark location, at 7110 3rd Ave Brooklyn NY 11209.A 50 year history of restaurant/bar/supper club and live entertainment venue. It is one of the last in Bay Ridge that has a legal cabaret license for dining dancing ( weddings/sweet 16s/christening etc.) Formally knows as Changes/TJ BENTLEYS/ and Cafe Remy. It is a multi-cultural venue that has served the community for over 50 years. We are now opening a supper club ( Argentinian Steak House) with live music.
