Since the book is not categorised under fiction, I see it fit to be taken down, by virtue of not only the geographical errors but mostly the social ones, which tarnish the African image and also plant woeful seeds (white saviour mentality) to mostly its American and European readers.

#LintonLies account of events in her book are disgusting & nauseating, to say the least. We want an unreserved apology from her & withdraw of this book from the shelves.

Like most Zambians am outraged by this woman's account. Her story is so ridiculously false it's unbelievable she thought she could get away with it.

This memoir is childish at best and highly offensive at worst. Whilst I was initially tempted, to laugh my face off, at this literal nonsense, I see the danger in this mentality. It is important to challenge the thinking that BUT for Caucasians, Africans are mere savages who cannot fend for themselves. Shame on the publishers for their lazy fact checking

She really needs to check her facts, her actions were reckless and irresponsible. I feel she should do some damage control!

A truly bogus, fictitious and annoying view. Totally ignorant and an embrassment on publishers.
