Rushing this on the ballot, doing a favor to who exactly?

In all my years as an activist and a commissioner. , I have never seen a project pushed so quickly without public input. . It is poor planning. is poor planning and questionable governing to shut the Public out of the way in the haste to put this zoning increase on a ballot. before there is even a plan for the community to look at. Miami a Beach deserves better!

This is a disgraceful manipulation of Miami Beach's zoning ordinances that plays on fears of the public.

Please stop being greedy y building!!! Miami Beach will end up sinking or smelling from overflow waste that you all cannot get a handle on now!!! Leave what little of the natural beauty is left alone.

My concern is that this is moving so fast before we know the environmental implications as well as tax increases we will see in our neighborhood.

I vote against unfounded raising of development norms. We need think about saving of environment in good balance.

Overpopulation is always dangerous. Besides the traffic it affects medical conditions, safety deals, particularly during natural disasters, and other human aspects. So I think we need keeping of existing code not only for saving historical values, although they are important as well. Shorter I vote against unreasonable increasing of development standards and I call up everyone in neighborhood to do the same.

We do not need more traffic in our city, the city can be developed with the existing zoning code

As a resident of the North Beach area for over 25 year, I'm totally against the developers proposal to raise the FAR from our city's current limits. We need to protect our city's MiMo integrity as was done on South Beach.

Development is positive , but they need to adhere to the existing FAR's

The proposed changes would radically change the area and should not be implemented.
