This petition will be used to support our proposal to the East Coast Town Council and the Singapore Land Authority, for the conversion of an unused state land into a dog park. Location: http://i.imgur.com/4QsUzrQ.jpg Benefits 1. Safe environment for pets to exercise and neighbours to revive the 'kampung spirit' or get to know one another. 2. Without our presence, this place only served as a breeding ground for mosquitoes. 3. No cost for conversion! This grass plot is already fenced with a gate.
