No one should be abused

I was a victim of narcissistic abuse. Both of my ex husbands are narcissists and they lied and emotionally abused me to the point I wanted to hurt myself to break free. My life has not been the same since. These people should not be allowed to ruin lives like they do.

I am a survivor of domestic violence and it makes me very happy to see this petition. I believe any abuser should be held accountable for his/her actions as it is a crime and should be punishable by law. I was with my ex for 17 years and endured years of his abuse - he's diagnosed antisocial, borderline and a narcissist PDs. It took a restraining order (which he continually violated) to remove myself from him and the marriage. I have been in therapy for 4 years and diagnosed with PTSD and anxiety because of my ex's abuse. He is now using our children as a way to further abuse. My children and I are suffering because of this man and there's nothing the courts can do about it at this point. Cluster B personalities need to be recognized and understood by the judges in our court system. This petition is a great step towards creating this awareness and providing a means to support fellow victims. Thank you for creating this bill!

I'm a survivor of narsassitic abuse

I have been cyper stalked and stalked in real time through states for over 15 years by my ex husband. He also uses our college age child to hurt me by threatening her and telling her if she talks to me he will withdraw her car and all support. I have told her get through college and we will get through it. He even forced her to write a letter to me that makes it seem like I am the abuser. Instead of going on and living a good life he tortures me and my child. I am in my fathers house an older woman helping my parents. My mother died 6 months ago he had cars parked outside spying on me we are in a rural town. So it is obvious. He has had my boyfriends phone tapped. He taps my daughters too and he has been in my emails in and in my phone and on social media. I am worried for my daughters life at this point. He stole my identity and I believe hers as well. Please help me. I left my abuser in one day in 2002 and last night he heard my home phone conversation. I have no privacy no rights and who wants to date anyone with a crazy ex? Please give me my freedom.

This definitely needs to be passed! So many of us have been damaged by these kinds of people! It's abuse in ways others can't physically see, but it completely takes over ones life, and many years to recover from, IF WE GET OUT! These abusers destroy in every way imaginable without so much as blinking an eye! We suffer in every way! Why shouldn't they be punished? Just because you can't see it? Try FEELING it, try LIVING it! It's EVIL.... A PURE LIVING HELL!!! Unless you've experienced it first hand, you CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO UNDERSTAND IT!!

Please consider including Court abuse as well. Narcs drag innocent people through hell in Court.

This type of abuse needs to be taken Vety seriously. The immediate and long term damage to partners,and children should be a Crime.

I am praying this this bill passes. My current situation is beyond horrific, I live each day not knowing what will happen next. I have lost all my friends, no one comes by my house because of my husband. There is months that will go by that he won't say a word to me, only if he needs me to do something or to put me down. I cannot remember the last time he has shown any affection towards me(ex..kiss, hugs, kind word) but if he wants sex, he will write it down on paper, or just come up to me and say that he wants it. For years now, the Christmas presents which are expensive, go unopen or unused. Last years is still sitting on the porch in the boxes. Two huge gun safes which he said he wanted. The smear campaign against me to whoever will listen, I could go on and on with this. I am a shell of the person whom I use to be, all because of a narcissistic husband. I pray one day to get out of this, and be able to make it on my own. This law would make a huge difference not only to me, but to thousands of others who are going through the same thing. May God guide each person who has the power to put this in effect. Imagine if this were your daughter or son, mother or father, sister or bother who is going through this horrible treatment. If I could afford treatment I would be in it right now, my family doesn't live close to me, so I have no one. Please please hear our cry for help.....

this must happen. I deal with recovery victims every day. this is an epidemic.

Emotional abuse should also be punishable by law. It cripples lives.

Please consider this cause so many people have and are being victimized by these heartless people each and every day including myself they damage us for life without remorse and they move on to hurt another

I suffered tremendous abuse and am now left to care for 7 children by myself. The courts need to take narcissism seriously so that we as victims get justice.

Good cause.

Narcissistic personality disorder is ruining people's lives. Something needs to be done to provide protection to vulnerable people.

Make it law. They are NO different than other offenders that need to be on a registry so innocents can remain that way.

I hope it pass we need all the help we can get when they don't won't to take responsible for what they have done
