These are important issues. Once your life has passed you by you can't get it back. People responsible for the demise of others should be held accountable...in this life.

Grey divorce from what I believe is a Narcissist wife of 7 years 8 years including 1 year to accomplish divorce in PA. Took over my finances. Never loved me. Her Favorite phrase “I do what I want”. Has a favorite child. Wouldn’t allow me to talk. Made all decisions herself. Accompanied me to my doctors appointments. Managed to place $20,000 in our safe without my knowledge. Place hundreds of dollars in envelops hidden around the house. Collected coins and silver. Invaded my privacy including my phone, papers and awards from work, IRS returns, etc. Prevented me from having friends to the house. Constantly talked about her former male friends and husbands. Controlled her friends to do her bidding. Never showed any form of emotion shush as love and empathy. Would not allow me to show her my admiration such as gifts. Controlled all my spending including for her. She often purchased meals at work while I had to take leftovers. Went out to lunch with her supervisors and peers. Use her friends to attack me about anything she didn’t like. Would make fun of my children. She lied constantly about raising her own children while I found out her ex-husband raised their children. Take her friends problems out on me. Often gaslighted me and made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Would never say she was sorry for her actions. Could make others like her and behind closed doors say terrible things about them. Never held a secret about her own friends. “Rage, Rage, Rage at me for no reason! Threw punches at my heart at least once a week never connecting but had a dreadful look on her face. Spent my money on the house for a new furnace, new roof, new windows, new patio door, new water heater, new hardwood floor throughout house, new sod in back almost every year and new bathroom furnishings. Hoarded soap, shampoo, candles, coins, two dollar bills and scorts which she wore constantly. Talked about divorce 4 months after our wedding and constantly wanted me to apolo

Best of luck. The world will be a better place if the unheard/unbelieved/abused/unsupported/traumatised/damaged/scarred victims of NPD are protected in any shape or form. Just because something is difficult doesn't mean we should not do it. It's no exaggeration to say these abusers are getting away with murder because they know the harm/damage they are causing without remorse/empathy. The laws & courts of the world must stand up for the real victims that have effectively suffered horrendously in silence. I think there should be a clause that would allow a victim to defend themselves, apart from the obvious offenses, against false accusations which seems to be very common practice by the NPD person. (Please make sure the content applies to both sexes as the latter can be female as well as male.) For the NPD person to be allowed, as is currently happening, to abuse the laws & court system to facilitate their NPD behaviour is an appalling indictment of the inadequacies of the current legal system. This compounds the horrible treatment of victims in a way that is incredibly damaging & undeserved. When you think of the life-long damage they perpetrate on their victims while in effect they go free having carried out the most horrible abuse thinkable for most people.

These types of individuals need to be held accountable for the damage they've done to families.

I have been married for 23.5 years and have 5 children. Not only have I been completely destroyed emotionally and psychologically by this man, but so have 5 wonderful, beautiful, innocent children. I am a strong, independent, educated, woman, I graduated from college with 3 Bachelor’s Degrees, he did not graduate from high school. These evil, manipulating, terrible individuals do their dirty work so well, that they can trick and fool even the smartest of us, even when they aren’t so smart, only evil. They do their dirty deeds all under the guise of love, caring. Little does the wife and children know that they are not loved at all, not even a tiny bit. So now, 24 years later, here we are a mom, with 5 kids, completely broken, their dad had taught them to hate me, but do you think he wants them, loves them, cares about them??? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! And even after I write this short explanation, you can’t even begin to have an understanding of the damage done to these families, done by these people. Thank you for taking the time to read. Brenda

100% for this! I am still healing from the years of narcissistic abuse, and even this journey to become myself again is not easy. This should definitely be taken seriously because narcissism does damage people.
