I am a victim of narcissistic abuse and left to repair the extensive damage it has done to my mental AND physical health. My abuser is in a brand new relationship just one week after I finally broke free.

I've seen children break down and go nuts over this stuff and the response is just cackling hillbillies. Completely normalized, coming FROM community authorities. If your not in the in crowd your voice is just murmurs to them. Like farm animal abuse.

Great petition. 1 caveat tho. If going to declare as a mental disorder you are suggesting it's a disability. Cannot crimalize a disability. Plus, disability can receive State funds if qualify so think this needs to be clarified.

ChatGPT Saved memory full You said: My narcissistic mother and manipulative aunt called back to back. How do I keep myself from oversharing and keeping boundaries ChatGPT said: That’s a powerful awareness you’ve got already — just recognizing the pattern is a win. Here’s how to stay grounded and keep yourself from oversharing or letting your boundaries slip when dealing with narcissistic or manipulative family members: 1. Set a Clear Intention Before the Call Before you even pick up or call back, say to yourself: “I am in control of what I share. I don’t owe anyone access to my inner world.” Pick 1-2 neutral topics you're okay talking about. Stick to those. 2. Use the “Grey Rock” Technique Keep responses brief, boring, and emotionally flat. Narcissists feed off emotional energy. Here’s how that looks: Them: “What’s been going on with you?” You: “Oh, just the usual. Everything’s steady.” Even if they push, don’t take the bait. 3. Memorize Deflective Phrases These are lifesavers when you’re tempted to overshare: “I’m keeping things simple these days.” “I’ve got a lot on my plate, but nothing major to report.” “I’d rather not get into that right now.” Practice saying them like you mean it. 4. Limit the Time Decide in advance: “I’ll give this call 10 minutes max.” Set a timer. You can even say: “Hey, I’ve only got a few minutes, but I wanted to check in.” Then leave the call before they start digging. 5. Post-Call Reset After you hang up, do something grounding: Drink a glass of water. Step outside for fresh air. Say to yourself: “I am not obligated to be their emotional supplier.” Would you like me to write you a short script to rehearse before/after these kinds of calls to strengthen your boundary energy? Or help you write a longer-term boundary statement if needed? You said: Yes ChatGPT said: Alright — here are two powerful tools for you: 1. Pre-Call Grounding & Boundary Script (Read alou

Narcissistic abuse does exist. The law against long term abuse should exist too.

Some narcissistic parents don't leave black and blues, especially the covert narcissistic ones. Yet, they still leave you a shredded heart, and the impulse to pick mates like them, because in some corner of your heart, you believe your parents loved you. You (meaning me, us) don't know LOVE doesn't hurt.

Freedom from abuse is all we want. I have been abused my entire 64 years of existence. Scapegoated. Beaten. Robbed. Forced to accept completely illegal unjust and unfit behavior. And watch as other people are kept as a slaves to narcissistic abuse. Enough damage already! We speak the truth!

Narcissists should be in prison. In the event that it turns out to be a mental health disorder then sufferers should be treated in a closed environment.

The women’s crisis centers Shouldn’t hire Narcissists, Sociopaths or Psychopaths to Damage Families so they can Earn State Money. Liken to what Trump is Doing, our Women’s Crisis Centers Should Be Throughly Examined & Investigated, as well.
