Maybe if these light rail users actually had to pay they wouldn’t be so quick to come to Cromwell, Ferndale or Linthicum. It’s a sad day when I tell my kids we can’t ride the train to the Disney Show because it’s too dangerous.
close it we all knew it was going to be a problem, and it was. 2 shopping centers less then 3 miles apart, Cromwell, once thriving now a broken ghost town, Burwood plaza, same road, no light rail, thriving nicely, to include the best restaurants around, full of tenants , only difference is the light rail. What more do you need.
It's time for people's voices be heard. The light rail has been a menace to the communities on it's path. If the state doesn't want to be accountable for the safety of those on and that live around it, it really doesn't belong running at all. It's time to take back our streets and make things safe for those of us who work hard and live here!
I live across the street from the Light Rail. I've had damage to the front of my house from objects ou m guessing were rocks on tracks. But that is small in comparison to the theft and B&E's my neighborhood has experienced since it begun.
As part owner of hubers bus service which is a ferndale landmark I've had my business broken into may times with plenty of stuff stolen not to mention the unwanted traffic by individuals. If need any further info by all means contact me or anyone member of my family.
We are sick of the crime and accidents with the light rail. We lost our grocery store Giant. we call it the crime rail. People are being attacked

I used to enjoy taking the light rail into the city for Orioles games and concerts. It's terrifying to ride now, and I am not comfortable ever leaving my car there. It's a shame because it is such an affordable way to take transportation into the busy city. I hope that we can clean up the area and keep the neighborhoods surrounding it safe.
