This scheme is ridiculous! How can the council even counsider this! An area lacking of harmony and becoming unappealing. Yes we do need houses/flats and we do need to regenerate the area but we definitely do not want more towers. The lack of natural light for the close residents, the lack of parking zone for the crazy amount of additional residents (as we all know that parking spaces provided in schemes in general are only for small pourcentage of the amount of flats built) makes this scheme to dense for its area! Does Wandsworth council want to become the new City!!! As I see one tower after the next growing, I seriously consider leaving the area which will soon become a zone of stacked rabbit cages! Oh no sorry zone of stacked 'luxury' apartments! Just ridiculous! No sense of wellbeing!!

In order to preserve and maintain the community neighbourhood of Battersea, this high-rise development should not be allowed to go ahead. It will be hugely detrimental to the area and will set the precedent for over-development in this area.

Wandsworth Planning dept invited local residents to participate in a consultation designed to shape the future direction of local planning. The response was overwhelming: we do not want high rise building. In the post Grenfell Tower reality this becomes all the more pressing. When are those council mandarins going to defend the interests of those who pay them. There is the distinct whiff of high level corruption here.

The proposed height will block out sunlight for current residents. Towering buildings will diminish the livability of the area.

No light for those of us who already live in the area and for no social benefit. The wider infrastructure doesn't support it and there is no sign of community in any of the vast number of "developments" that have gone up in recent times. Prioritise quality of life for your existing residents!

There will be many unacceptable rights of light issues with such a tall and ungainly property in the midst of so many shorter ones, which rely on windows on low level floors for the only natural light into their apartments.

Wandsworth is already crowded enough. Why do they want to turn this lovely stretch of the river into Manhattan-Upon-Thames?
