We petition NASCAR to lift the current suspension of hauler driver Frank Earnhardt. In 2013 his NASCAR license was indefinitely suspended due to failure of required drug testing. The zero tolerance policy put Frank in classes filled with court ordered addicts and left a sour taste. Failure to complete 5 of the 8 classes is keeping Frank from pulling the truck hauling the car onto racetracks. All for a toke off a joint. Relax the zero tolerance [stricter than DOT) and let PeeWee pull the car. Thanks for signing.

I think everybody deserves a second chance. Let him finish the classes on the road. I'm sure he has learned his lesson, the hard way and will not do it again
