Build what the voters approved or let the voters vote on the changes!

Keep the plan as votes on by the citizens of Poway. We don’t need or want another large-scale gym.

I do not want the 30k plus Lifetime Athletic.

A massive commercial space was not in the plan. To add it after the vote is disingenuous and driven by greed. Do the right thing and support this special community. No major commercial space revisions to the redevelopment plan elected by voters.

Can you imagine buying a $2 million home with a $600 HOA fee and get no amenities not to mention the promises to the Poway community. Pretty pathetic!

We vote based on the information we’re given, trusting our city to maintain honesty and integrity. We’re all responsible for the health and future of our great city, and we need great communication and high trust. Traffic expectations was a huge component of my decision and the specific businesses chosen impact traffic greatly.

Please stay with your original plan. This huge, fancy fitness center does not belong in the middle of The Farm.

Typical switch-a-roo by big business and politicians our votes don’t count when they are making back room deals that only benefit them.

This is ridiculous, the farms are already failing to delivery everything they promised. Adding insult to injury at this point.

I do NOT want this larger Lifetime Fitness at The Farm. It is NOT what was shown to voters. The scale is too big for the area, and the open hours are horrible. This does NOT belong in the middle of a neighborhood. There are plenty of office buildings in our area that are vacant since the pandemic. They’re large, open and already have plenty of parking. Try revitalizing before encroaching on quiet neighborhoods.

I’m drove my old 1958 Ford pick up around Poway With a giant NO ON PROP P during the election. The promises they made of beer & butterflies isn’t what people really want in their neighborhood near a school. We want builders that keep their word and create a real community.

This does not seem to fit the community.

I watched the meeting. I hope some thing comes of it and they make the changes to the Fitness Gym.

If lifetime fitness gym would have been on the original plan I wouldn’t have voted for it. Put in what the voters approved. Stop trying to make changes.

I live right across the street from this facility. This is absolutely ridiculous. How are they going to improve traffic on a Espola? If they do not serve us, according to their vote, we need to Sue!

I am not okay with this.

My husband Lee and I are in and want to stop all the destruction of Open spaces and wildlife preservation. Let's get rid of the city council vote for Tony Blaine

Keep small businesses IN Poway

Our elected officials should enforce what we voted for and NOT allow significant changes changes the builder is trying to get away with. NO on increased commercial fitness center plan and NO on unapproved elevation changes. Honor the commitment to voters and the small businesses!
