Also don't think the fitness center should own the land - that much of it for sure, in case they go broke, what goes in then? Put it to a vote for the residents of the city. The change is too big.

How about putting the enlarged Athletic facility where the proposed Hospice facility is going? Nobody voted on or knew about that either.

Many of us did not want The Farm to be developed in the first place because of overcrowding and traffic concerns. Then, we were told what would be included in the development. Now, that plan is being drastically changed in a way that will cause even more traffic in our area. Please DO NOT allow a gigantic gym to be built at The Farm! Hold them to their original plan PROMISES. Thank you.

They are not building cottages as as the plan we voted on but they are 2 story 4 bedroom homes.

Stick to the original plan as what was provided to the voters. Don't let these developers bully their way to get what they want through bait and switch tactics. If we don't draw a line in the sand over this, what else will the developers want to change?
