Build what the voters approved or let the voters vote on the changes!

This is not what we voted on or agreed to and is not in the spirit of north Poway and green valley

There are plenty of ugly houses and apartments being built in Poway with disregard for the people of Poway . The city council seems to always choose what is going to make the most money for the city without thought to the residents of Poway and the beauty and nature that so many of us enjoy.

We DO NOT want this huge facility in our neighborhood.

And you call this builder a neighbor???

Stick to the plan!!!!!!!

No changes to the original proposal please. Traffic is already crazy and the neighbors went through a lot already.

Do not let Lifetime Athletic change the size of the fitness center that was voted on.

Expanding a business size by a factor of 10, along with an expensive membership cost will ensure an increase in traffic. Changing traffic analysis methods is apples and oranges, not equivalence! Build what was approved, or support the community vote.

No to changes in what we originally voted for at the new development!

Now the con artist (McNamara) is back once again. This time he is seeking to increase the traffic significantly on Espola Road, Rancho Bernardo Road, and nearby streets even more with another scheme “30,000 sq feet LifeTime Fitness Center” in the heart of established residential communities. Don’t be fooled by the bait-and-switch traffic study methodologies to make us believe there is not a negative impact with a 10x change. This congested development has created significant population density, traffic, noise, pollution, and negative economic consequences for years to come. Most important any additional congested development will create a serious bottleneck and safety issue in the event evacuation is required due to fire.

We need to vote on any changes

The voters deserve to have their say!

It's time to take back our city!

Council is representing the people. This is not what the people want. A 30,000 square foot facility is not a residential community fitness center; it is a commercial endeavor that belongs in a business district.

This is why I never voted for this project. They did false advertising on this project from the beginning. Every one needed to read the fine lines on their flyers and other advertising, like I did.

This whole development that the city approved is a disgrace! Homes on elevated pads destroying longtime residents views that they paid dearly for. And now this we are strongly opposed to any changes to what was approved by the voters!

FWRD, Floaties, and all the other businesses you promised a home deserve it.

Don't build anything the voters didn't approve. We didn't approve a 30,000sq foot gym.

Kevin McNamara lied to the people, our City Council and Mayor keep giving him what he wants bc he funded their campaigns. This must Stop NOW.
