this project is symptomatic of a much deeper problem in Poway government.

I did not vote for this so it should be voted on before approval.

I am so disappointed that we have to sign a petition like this.

This is a business, not a local community facility, and thus I believe should be voted upon.

We do not approve of the new proposed 30,000 sq ft structure. Stick with the plan a 3000 ft structure will be great.

This proposal is a significant change from the original design pitched to us in person by MacNamara's partner to convince us to vote for the land use reclassification. This magnitude of bait and switch should require voter approval, not just a city council rubber stamp.

Do what is right and let the voters decide

Why does the city keep allowing changes AFTER the voting process? Stop the bait and switch already.

Shame on our so called city leaders for disrespecting Poway city in the country citizens

We must not let this facility be built! Please come to the City Council Meeting on May 2nd!

Any changes from what the voters approved must be put to a vote. This increase in size for the gym facility is so much more than what we approved during our vote. Poway is losing its city in the country feel. All the apartments along Poway Road are horrible.

This is a ridiculous change. Stick to the original plan!!
