We are a third generation family on both sides from the Beverly Hills neighborhood in Chicago, Illinois. We purchased a home to renovate for our family to live in but unfortunately found out that it was far beyond redemption because it is structurally gone and contaminated with toxic mold throughout the home.

We are following the advise of our architect and want to do what is best for our family and our community.
The house is located in a Historic District block.The City of Chicago Landmarks Division oppose us re-building a home that is within keeping of our beautiful Historic Beverly Hills Neighborhood for our family to live in safely. At this time they prefer that the home remains a vacant detriment to us and the community.
