Due to immense concern throughout the Ne-Yo fan community, we are asking you to sign this petition. On November 22nd, 2010, Ne-Yo released his fourth studio album "Libra Scale". The original idea was to have it released as a Movie, but that did not occur. The album sells did not meet their intended quota. Many fans expressed their concern and hope for the movie to be released. We all hope you sign this petition so the movie can be created and released. Not today or tomorrow but eventually.
