Our youth are the future and we need to invest more in them, or we are not only failing them we are failing ourselves.

As a parent with children in the Gilmerton area this concerns me. Funding should be shared equally through the Edinburgh

Disgusting, why should kids in our areas be left out of funding. Anti social behaviour primarily exists when communities don’t work together, opportunities are lost when there is no funding to promote good citizenship. We are heading for uncertain and sad times.

This area is getting worse day by day and the kids going to clubs at community centres helps keep them off the streets and out of trouble.

Funding should be split evenly between all areas! Deprivation covers every corner of our city!!!
Get rid of some of the LLLO’s that sit on their back side and do nothing!! Bring back community workers who actually pull centres together instead of management committees. Time for a re think!!!
Your losing good community workers who actually care and kept all the ones who sit on their arse and don’t know the first thing about community engagement!!!
