These areas are in much need of a little love and attention they never get any funding and when they do it's very little. It's time to put some effort into these areas to make them better.

It is outrageous that the south have received so little in comparison to other areas. The population in this area must be similar and growing due to all the new developments in the area. Shocking behaviour from the government/funding department

I think this absolutely disgusting how the funding has been divided,,,, some off the centre that go away and beyond there means haven’t had any where near other project ,,,, the work people have put into getting the community centre where they are today and the support that goes into family’s and young people in areas haven’t been taking into account ,, I can’t seem to get me head around how you think this is fair???? Yous should al be ashamed of yourself. Yous again are taking away from the under privileged kids and family that need these centre to stay open ,,,,, these might some of the time young people get support and family actually her out there house to engage with other people .. I am sure yous can find other money to support the project a that need it most . Gilmerton and Goodtrees community centre

I was born and lived in Moredun for over 40 years. My children went to the local schools. I have since moved away but follow Goodtrees community centre on Facebook and I think they do a fantastic job helping people in their community. There should be no north south divide! Money should be shared equally

Absolute scandal that Gracemount has no funding. My children grew up here and it was great. They had the mansion. Now that’s fine and the kids are destroying the building. Get the funding to do the repairs and open it back up for the youths

Why are you failing our young people there is much need youth support needed here it does appear you are showing favoritism on the other areas does something serious have to happen here before you act make it equal funding delt out to all the areas
