Pride should be for all LGBTQ+ people, not just *including* but *centering* the most marginalized.

I'm a queer woman and I want there to be a Pride march and celebration in NC and I like having it in September in this hot state. But not during the Jewish holiday.

The opposition of the Jewish community to NC Pride occurring on Yom Kippur was both obvious and clearly voiced immediately after the date was announced. The failure to work with this faith community to address the conflict is beyond disappointing. We must work to address intersectionality across the LGBTQ+ community.

My son is a proud gay Jewish man. He is deeply involved in his Jewish identity as well as being a proud gay man. I am totally against this event on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in the Jewish religion.

Proud to honor the trans women who started this rebellion. Thrilled to see strong solidarity within and between POC, Jewish, and Trans communities. No to isolation, alienation and lack of safety. Yes to building what we truly need.

There is no pride in bigotry! End NC Pride until they realize we must all be free to celebrate our pride!

I don't have a problem with standing with others and not attending Pride!!!!!

I don't have an issue giving up Pride for the sake of others that are not being recognized. I have been here in Durham for 6 years and i find the whole experience non-inclusive and cliquish at best.

We can not call our country of freedom if we are still not FREE. Thank you for all the support.

Pride should be for all, not some.
