Best of luck to you all. The LHS music program is one of the best things the school has to offer and was a source of joy to so many of us. Losing yet another great music instructor would do no one any favors.

Mr. Padron was one of the most passionate and inspiring teachers that I ever had, and I am so happy to see how much he has improved the music program in just three short years. If he were to gain his tenure, the music program would only continue to improve and grow - something that is not guaranteed when hiring a new staff member. Letting him go would definitely do more harm than good for the Lawrence school system.

I hope these petitions and our going to the school board works towards reinstating Mr Padron. He is a wonderful teacher and he has taught our students well and enriched their lives. We actually need more teachers like him.

This is exactly the kind of decision that has the potential to send our district on a downward spiral. The integrity of our district and our town rests on this as well as our real estate values. Please reconsider this if we lose all of our most talented where will we be? Not to mention that this man has worked tirelessly.
