The program has made great strides under Mr. Padron's guidance and the students clearly take great pride in the advancement.
It would be a major set back to lose Mr. Padron.

As a parent, I have seen tremendous growth in the area of music, my son has been actively participating in the band. We are/were honored to have Mr. Padron as a mentor.

Mr. Padron is by far the coolest music teacher I have had. No one has brought more to this program than he has. He took a shaky program and made it into a solid program that will not be able to grow without him. He is great teacher and a great person, and I would hate to see him leave.

Amazing teacher and was the only teacher from LHS who prepared me for college and an entertainment career.

I have learned so much towards being a percussionist and marching band is truly a passion I have grown into only possible with Padron. I am planning to go into AP Music Theory and can't think of any better teacher than Padron. I would love if he could stay, he works so hard on all his classes and he puts time and passion into all after school music programs such as Tri M, Marching Band, Pit, Jazz, and more. He works hard and I can't see the music department surviving without him.

I'm amazed with the High School Music program and have heard phenomenal things about Mr. Padron. Please let us retain him.
