Thanks for a waste LG! I have the ignorant boot of death crap and now I'm struck without anyway to have contact with kids or my surgeon yep having surgery next week and I loe the extra stress your deceitful sell junk to Americans company has caused. I hope your loved ones suffer just as hard.

LG needs to address this issue in the same way that Samsung is addressing the note 7 issue. This is a premium phone and should not be having this level of issue.

I bought my V10 but it looks like a huge mistake and I spent a lot of money only to find out it will eventually die. Not worth it
