LG Electronics has to replace faulty G4 phones

I have had 4 lgg4 mobiles ,istill got 2 but my best one is stuck on bootloop ,lg syne on mobile all the time and to turn off i have to take battery out ,when i send emails to lg uk its like sending them to a circus.they cudant give a monkeys toss about customers spending 200 pound .i want it fixed but if not my 2 lg tvs girlfriends lgg2 and tablet is going the journey and get sangsung.

My mobile is LG G4 818p , first time is am very happy good condition cemara, sound every thing good. After 5 months letter mobile display little moving pitcher flattered. And same time automatic restart. Than am reporting lg delar. He told me now is no problem every thing is fine. Than I am wend my native place. There mobile work but not working properly automatically move apps and calls. than am switching off after coming back in UAE mobile good working condition now 2 days back mobile dead now LG logos only. Than I am gong LG showroom repairing highly cost. Me baying price 2399 UAE driham in carry forever. Repair charge is 1400dh kindly any help or replacement my G4. Now I am helpless

My LGG4 went into bootloop but of course it happened after the factory warrenty ran out.

My LG G4 (LG_-H818P) got stuck in the boot-loop issue. Its not under warranty now.

Happened to my phone within 3 months. Replacement on 19 months - worried it will go at anytime

After 1 and 4 months year of using LG G4 it broke. not turning on

My LG 4 is stuck on reboot! I have never had a phone break on me ever! I don't want to lose all of my stuff :(

My LG G4 just went kaput. No warning... I have a SD card but I alos have picture storage of my newborns on the phone. Been trying everything I can to access my data. This is ridiculous. LG, shame on you!!!!

My phone was replaced last year (my husband's too) for the exact same issue. Now my phone is broken agin will not reboot. They replaced my broken phone with a broken phone. THey should be sued. This is consumer fraud.

phone did this, had 1 payment left. LG charged 72.00 to fix. should of been no charge.

Bonjour , Mon LG G4 dual sim Ne fonctionne plus , cause d'un boot loop. C'est un cas fréquent , récurent pour ce modèle. La société LG refuse de prendre en charge cette anomalie , en se protégeant derrière la garantie qui ne s'applique pas.J'estime qu'elle pourrait au moins renvoyer une carte mère fiable même si je pouvais la remplacer moi même!

My G4 bootloops...and now we own 2 V10's!! What to do?

I am now on my second Lg g4 cell phone now and it isn't working properly either. The first one died the day my family and I buried my mother. I lost countless memories of that day, the first time my entire huge family were all in the same place at the same time & we now have no pictures to go back & remember it. I also lost recordings of my mother & my children's voices where they had called my home phone & left messages telling me Happy birthday & how much they loved me for every birthday for as long as I can remember. It was Just a little something special we all did for each other, saving each other's crazy little voices & messages. Unfortunatly those recordings can never be replaced. Now I'm on my second phone, Verizon replaced my newer phone, with the newer serial number with an older serial number phone, one of the ones that had even more problems with it than I already had. The replacement phone had supposedly been fixed, but upon receiving it, I quickly found that it had not been fixed and cleaned as it still had multiple apps on it that the person who owned it before me had downloaded. The replacement phone I have now has the same exact issues the original brand new phone did and so much more. Every day brings more problems with these phones. I personally want every penny of the money I paid for this horrible thing back & more for all the agravation pain & turmoil I have been through because of LGs incompetence and unwillingness to fix the issue. Replace ment phones that don't even work as well as the original defaults phone! Ha! What a joke! People please! Don't even bother if that's your solution to the problem!!!
