The scheme is potential dangerous for school children who already utilise most of the pavement at the bus stops.

This is a mad and dangerous scheme and completely unnecessary. Cyclists, schoolkids and pedestrians are all in the same space. Mad!

This is a totally unnecessary project - the road flows perfectly well for 80% of the day. A complete waste of precious funds

This is the most ridiculous idea those in charge of Colchester traffic have come up with yet. Beyond disappointed with this proposal.

I object to the creation of a bus lane and the plan to allow cyclists to use pavements. This would also destroy a beautiful approach road to Colchester.

This madness will do nothing to improve traffic flow. Will doubtless make it worse.

Another terrible decision by the council in terms of transport, this serves absolutely no benefit to the lives of the local people or flow of traffic. In fact it is putting peoples lives at risk by creating accidents for pedestrians and cyclists!!

This proposal is using a sledgehammer to crack a nut. It will result in increased risk to schoolchildren and pedestrians as well as destroying the character of Lexden Road.

Going to mess up a road that works OK. In fact quiet well for cyclist and pedestrians. Spend money on Rembrance Avenue or somewhere more in need.
Haven't met anyone who wants it yet.
