These so called bureaucrates who comes out with these daft ideas are the ones causing all the problems and failures of insttutions in the country.For eg.How can you just construct a brand new Accident and Emergency unit locally for the people of Lewisham and now wants to close it down. This is the daftest decision I've ever come across,those individuals or individual who made that decision,needs their head examine, where do they want the people of Lewisham to go for Emergencies?
