This precious young person requires and deserves all the support of this petition to 'enable' him to blossom and thrive within a safe and appropriate environment

He requires the correct support and scaffolding which will not be available to him in mainstream school.

LA should be ashamed of themselves. I know I am.

Allow this young lad to a college where he can thrive in life, mainstream will hold the lad against his will . Good luck xx

Please Listen to what Lewis wants, and allow him to make the same choices you yourself had while growing up.

It shouldn’t be about the money full stop. If that is the best place for him he should go! Equal treatment is not always fair

Life with Autism/learning disabilities/ADHD is difficult enough. This boy is a human being and has feelings. Make the right decison based on his needs, not on cost. This will affect the rest of his life.......

This young man deserves to go where is best for him to thrive and learn . Mainstream is not always suitable for every child and it’s about time the government stop putting your heads in the sand and fix it . These young people deserve opportunities like this and should be given to them without a fight

Stop sending SEN students to mainstream colleges. You are setting them up to fail and causing them extreme anxiety and worse !!

Done. We have had a similar situation my boy is only 8 but 2 mainstream schools have failed him so far... they have now named a specialist school day placement that takes 1.5 hrs to get too... meaning we have to appeal meaning he will now be out of school till at least November when we go to tribunal they wouldn’t even consult with the school we choose which is a 40 minuet journey and our nearest Specialist school!! As it’s out of county and private!
