It's a disgrace while there is a law against it they are still getting away with their barbaric pointless group of incompetent specimens. Why are they inferioir to anyone else just be Aust they ride a horse and can get away with murder. Pathetic. Yet under a Tory governemt. Not surprising. Cameron rapes pigs after all. It's not about wealth. It's about rights. And animals have rights.

After hearing of the stabbing today I think it is inappropriate to allow the hunt to close the high street.

It's time this barbarity was stopped once and for all. And no, I'm not a townie, I live and work in the countryside.

I would like Lewes DC to not close the high street because of the fox hunting taking place on Boxing day. This is a time that Christ was born and not about how many foxes a minority can cruelly slaughter. Conflicting interests here. Plus the fact fox hunting IS ILLEGAL

hunting ANYTHING is a despicable act full of snobbery and psychopathic intentions. Why these sickos need to torture an innocent creature to get their thrills is beyond reasoning and is completely diabolical. Stop supporting them and punish them for stabbing the hunt sab. If the police did their jobs properly then there would be no more hunting but as they seem to take their orders from who ever has the most money, then the sabs must continue their brave and sadly essential work to protect our native wildlife from a horrendous and barbaric death.

Violent activities and unlawful hunting sum up this hunt. How any caring authority can sanction anything to support them is beyond me.

To show any support for any hunting with dogs is totally immoral. I guess that the council is a Tory one.

An out-dated tradition which has no place in modern society.

Hunters proved time and again to be acting illegally with no regard for anyone else or their property. Now they're carrying and using knives to attack anyone who gets in the way. If this isn't a reason to ban hunts I don't know what is!
