it's outrageous that you would close a street to accommodate these people .. destroyers of wildlife ........ it's an abhorrent practice hunting with dogs . We all know that they still hunt illegally .. it should be banned outright .. it has no place in a civilised society !!!!!!

This is a horrendous act of cruelty and arrogance and should be banned permanently. The violence perpetrated against those that try to save animals from this barbaric torture, is also abhorrent.

it's real shame the council is prepared to support such an outdated pastime - especially as 80% of the public are opposed. The Council really should not be supporting this.

I am totally opposed to the closure of a high street - thereby showing support of the Southdown & Eridge hunt and approval of the violent intimidation tactics of their supporters against hunt monitors.
This obsequiousness to a cruel and vicious minority has no place in the 21st century.
