We all know that they illegally hunt so please be sensible, cruelty and barbaric free this Christmas. And I remind you that Christmas including boxing day is one to celebrate the birth of Christ and not to slaughter our beautiful wildlife

The majority of people in the UK do NOT want Fox Hunting. It is BANNED in the UK, should not be happening as it is illegal and those participating should be treated as the law breakers that they are.

As in the case of Leicestershire, there is absolutely no legal reason why this hunt should take place. The UK are sickened by these so called 'traditions'. We have seen time and again, how foxes are ripped to shreds 'by mistake'. This must now be a blanket decision by UK Councils - Fox hunting with dogs is ILLEGAL in the UK

Hunting and endangering others is not right.... Allowing the murderers to hurt those who protect is a bully tactic and turning the other way means u r allowing it.... People and animals deserve better than this if u have the need to Kill u belong in a padded room and to be consistently medicated ir electrocuted until your own death

This is a violent hunt as recent reports have shown. By allowing them to enter your town, you are showing that it is OK to maliciously wound person/s. You are setting a bad example. Cancel this meet.

You would be complicit in aiding and abetting an activity which is currently against the law. You would also be associated with the destruction of the countryside, putting the wefare of the public at risk, wildlife crime the list goes on. Please think very carefully before allowing this activity to go ahead. Thankyou.

By allowing the closure of the high street to effectively promote fox hunting surely you are providing the backbone of an illegal hunting activity! Do not allow the closure, why promote and support the hunt?

Hunting with hounds is banned. This hunt and the majority of other hunts continue to hunt illegally when they feel it is safe to do so. To grant permission for an organisation, who operates outside of the law, to have roads closed for their benefit is tantamount to aiding and abetting a crime. Say no!!
