I have 4 girls and they ALL attended and loved their time at Country Kids Camp. My oldest is 20 and youngest is 12. Now they love to serve and volunteer at the camp. Our community NEEDS this place a d all the people involved. The human interaction with other peers their age as well as growing their face to face skills is a blessing. We love the Shellnuts and all their volunteers. Please don't take such a wonderful thing away from our kids!

This camp is so important to many children and families of Walton county! I have seen children with special needs and disabilities overcome obstacles and challenges while attending Country Kids Camp. Please, let ALL children go outside and PLAY!

This is the best camp ever! My oldest has gone for 9 years and this is my youngest kid's 4th year! This is the camp they beg for EVERY YEAR, ALL YEAR! The best thing that's happened to our youth. Kids grow up at camp then come back to work at camp. Use their skills toward college applications and more. This is a vitally important part of our community! This is NEEDED more now than ever!

I live on Center Hill Church Road just a few houses down from Country Kids Camp. My son, Daniel, goes to Loganville High School now, where Mrs Shellnut is a beloved teacher. However, a few years ago, when Daniel was younger, he attended CKC for several years in a row. CKC is amazing! I love how they allow children to be children for a few weeks out of the summer. I can’t understand why someone would attempt to shut down such an amazing kids day camp that is so well organized and safe. As a neighbor of Country Kids Camp, I stand on Country Kids Camp and Mrs Shellnut’s side.

This would have been our first year and I’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about this camp from parents of past attendees. I am so sad that our son won’t get to experience this good, old fashioned summer camp due to the new age restrictions they’re facing. I hope that this camp will survive for us to attend in future years.

Let's the kids be kids and have fun. This was to be the first year that my children were going to be able to attend. We were beyond excited to be a part of this awesome camp that Shelly us created.

This is a great program! Both my kids served as camp counselors and learned so much from Shelley. It was their first official job. We must must keep this camp going. It is so important to the community!

My kids have attended this camp for multiple summers. It is a camp they look forward to every year. I love the Christian atmosphere and the fact that my kids look forward to getting muddy and being outdoors.
