Few treatments options for immune suppressed people, who have not appropriately responded to vaccines and are high risk for severe covid disease.

I favor all effective treatments being available to those of us with immune deficiencies. I realize we are still in the middle of sn ongoing pandemic & the variants multiply faster than treatments can Be designed & tested. That’s why this plasma treatment is so important. It keeps up with the variants!

Please seriously consider changing your recommendations for CCP. With the MABs evading the new Omicron variants, the immunocompromised people need to get some kind of treatment as Paxlovid isn’t a viable treatment to many immunocompromised because of the interaction with the meds they need to stay healthy.

Please consider use of CCP for the immunosuppressed/immunosuppressed. With the emergence of new covid variants we are running out of options to keep us thriving. I am a kidney transplant recipient from the Medstar Georgetown Transplant Institute transplanted by Matthew Cooper, MD., also president of UNOS.

To save the lives of the immunocompromised, please make CCP available as soon as possible.

Please take an unbiased look at the new data regarding CCP. This therapeutic could be critical to the immunocompromised who become infected with COVID.

As a practicing emergency medicine physician, I can personally attest to the life-saving value of convalescent plasma for victims of COVID-19 infection.

Transplant recipients like me desperately need more covid treatment options like convalescent plasma now that we've lost our effective monoclonals and many of us cannot take Paxlovid. I'm largely living as a shut-in because of covid risks, and I am tired of it!

As an immunocompromised person, I can not stress enough the importance of available, safe treatments for transplant recipients.

I would like the CCP used as a treatment for the immunocompromised, as well as a possible PREP for immunocompromised as well.

Please help us immunocompromised. I have a kidney transplant and have had very little life to my life for almost 3 years. I’d like to live again knowing I could survive covid and get treatment quickly. Thank you in advance.

Thank-you for taking time to consider offering therapies to help immunocompromised folks with COVID-19 infections. Solid organ transplant recipients take immunocompromising medication to prevent organ rejection; this medication also prevents effective response from vaccination. Thus, solid organ transplant recipients remain vulnerable and unprotected by vaccination for COVID-19. This vulnerable cohort continues to need effective therapies despite the evasion of new SARS variants from the monoclonal antibody therapies. SOT recipients are unable to take Paxlovid, so a gap in offering effective treatments exists. Please consider offering convalescent plasma as a potentially effective therapeutic for this vulnerable community. Thank-you in advance for your time and consideration.

Both my wife and I are immune compromised due to kidney transplantation / immune suppressing medications. Protect those that chose to fight for their survival.
