It is crucial that the immunocompromised have as many options as possible if we contract Covid since many are not protected through vaccinations and cannot take Paxlovid due to medication contraindications. Losing monoclonals plus Evusheld has put us in a more precarious position. Please give this high priority. Thank you.

The availability and use of CCP really is incredibly important to, literally, millions of immunocompromised Americans who, even if vaccinated and boosted, are unable to mount an adequate immune response to COVID infection and who have suffer disproportionately from this virus. With the loss of Evusheld and other monoclonal antibodies we are left nearly defenseless against a virus that has killed over a million Americans and is incapacitating countless others. The evidence supporting CCP is building, its safety is well established, and for a population that has few weapons left in the anti-COVID arsenal. CCP is one of the last things we have left. Please revise your guidance to recommend its use in the immunocompromised population.

The immune compromised are terrified right now due to the lack of Covid treatments suitable for those with contraindications for Paxlovid. We desperately need your help! Thank you for taking the time to review such an important option.

Please understand that there are few, if any, effective treatments left for organ transplant patients who develop covid. We are in great fear of having virtually no medical responses left now that mABs are ineffective.

Please keep in mind that for every immunocompromised person who cannot get treatment for Covid, there are family members and employers who are also affected by their absence or loss. It's the butterfly effect.

We are vital members of society who need treatments for COVID. We feel forgotten and alone. Please do not let us die from neglect.

The immunocompromised desperately need Covid convalescent plasma in these days when we have a little else in terms of treatment, especially organ transplant recipients. Please make this a reality.
