Enough with these apartments already. Traffic would be insane.

Hopefully the developer will be responsive to the property's neighbors to the needs of the community, and to the street scape.

Needs 1:1 parking minimum

Let alone our infrastructure (roads & schools) cannot accommodate this overload of people.

Clarkson St here. I concur, the developers need to work with the community to develop responsibly and respect the neighborhood.

I’m actually against any more development at all but agree that if there will be is should be respectfully designed to complement the existing neighborhood and it’s existing neighbors.

Too big, no variances should be allowed. Too big and for a driveway on Courtland, even more of a problem.

I agree with this petition. We want to keep our community small but still vibrant. Our community does not to be overwhelmed with so much noise and other apartments in the area

That corner is congested as it is

Storefront is fine… apartments on top would look out of place for the neighborhood.

These multi unit apartments are gonna cause more headaches for current residents. I see it daily in Fairfield people buy these units but show total disregard for local traffic rules. Not like chick filla fiasco but total disrespect for current residents. They assume because they sport New York or Jersey plates that 25mph means 40 and no care about school zones or bus stops.

Would like to understand who is paying for the city to clear and clean the site. Not taxpayers I hope.

Ridiculous! The traffic will be insane. The roads can’t handle this.

The proposed building is like a prison, not in keeping with this residential neighborhood. There is ALREADY a severe street parking issue with lack of- and your plans don't accommodate for the cars in your units. Please create a responsible design that fits within the scale (height and look) of the neighborhood- that enhances rather than detracts. This has prison written all over it. Townhomes with first floor retail would be in keeping with our architecture.

Any building more than 3 stories in this particular location will be vigorously fought by the neighborhood. But otherwise we welcome this addition to our neighborhood.

This is one huge mistake. Develop responsibly.

We have a hard enough time with traffic from our street (Montgomery) onto Courtland now so this will only exacerbate our problems with congestion.

This lot is too small, and positioned poorly, for a 54 unit building.
