Petition To the Bridgeport Planning and Zoning Commission

BR is a charming community, this apartment complex does not fit in.

We have enough apartments and condos here. The traffic would be horrific.

Please no more cars, traffic fumes, noise, congestion, dense development, etc. We're a city of 150,000+ people squeezed within 17 sq miles. Help!

I live on courtland st and think this is a terrible idea. We need mixed use stuff there, not an apartment that will cause massive traffic congestion

I agree something needs to be put there, but not this big.

No way! The space cannot handle the traffic. Unsafe.

I like the idea of developing this area. But in a more appropriate size as described in this petition.

I live on this corner! Absolutely not. This piece of property can't accommodate this many apartments. If it can, they will not be pleasant to live in. Black Rock needs more businesses to fill the empty storefronts before we start building massive developments?!!!

Enough with the apartment buildings! We have way too many in this area.

I understand something needs to go into that lot but it’s not huge tall apartment buildings think of something else it will look ridiculous on that street . The neighbors are right not put in any apartment buildings there
