To many large apartment buildings going up!! We need to keep Black Rock as it is!!

Too much traffic and congestion now. Fairfield Ave is dangerous, the street is too narrow for 2 lanes in each direction with parking on the sides. People are driving too fast and stepping into the road without looking. We don't need more cars and foot traffic in that area.

That space cannot support 54 units responsibly. Please scale back the project to fit the location. Thank you :-)

Please not 54 units , that will be 108 more cars in the neighborhood. Think about the carbon footprint of this area. With a delicate climate issue we have, this proposal is not conducive to the size of the area. A reduction in size is needed and trees / gardens planted. Commercial first floor & apartments 2 NS floor only with parking on site. The neighborhood cannot accommodate the influx of cars.
