Letter to Archbishop Lucas re: Fr. Steve Emanuel

I support Fr Steve and his mission to evangelize our youth.

In the time Fr. Steve was at St. Mary’s he was a spiritual guide, a devout Catholic leader and a good man. He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone. John 8:7

Please bring Father Steve back to us! We need his knowledge & spiritual guidance! He is a huge asset to our cluster parishes!

I support Fr. Steve one hundred percent. I believe firmly in his abilities as a priest.

Please reinstate Fr Steve Emmanuel he is a great loving spiritual leader-the Catholic church need more Fr Steves

Father Steve should have never been forced to resign his position. There was no wrong doing found in the investigations and he should be able to continue serving as a priest.

Fr. Steve is a great guy with excellent character. He should be the least of the Archbishop’s worries.

Fr Steve is the only priest who truly made me feel connected in my faith growing up. His impact on my life didn’t stop after high school though. While going through marriage classes with my husband, Fr Steve is the first priest that made my husband feel welcome to the church without judgement or shame. Fr Steve is one of the best people I know and does not deserve this treatment. You are truly depriving the students and parishioners of the best Catholic experience of their lives.

Please bring father Steve back!!

We would happily welcome Fr. Steve back into our parish

I appreciate the efforts our Archdiocese takes to keep its members safe, but our priests, most especially those who demonstrate true holiness and virtue, deserve to be protected as well, most especially during this time when they are being attacked by so many outside forces.

Please, have mercy on Father Steve. I pray to our Lord to bring him back to our church.

Fr. Steve is well liked and would like to see him come back to our cluster.

Fr. Steve has positively impacted my life and countless others through his teaching, coaching, and mentoring. He cares so deeply about others and is a role model for how someone of faith should act. Thank you Fr. Steve for how much acceptance and positivity you spread. Not sure what the archdiocese is thinking.

It is without hesitation I sign this petition. I, along with many others, have been positively impacted by Father Steve. He was not only my spiritual guidance in elementary and high school, but a teacher and friend. His leadership and dedication to the Catholic Church is extraordinary.

Fr Steve is a great shepherd that needs to tend his sheep! Every good work a parishioner does is met with a “Thank You!” Card from Fr. Steve...he knows his sheep, and his sheep know him! As a farmer and livestock producer this is a powerful thing we understand in rural parishes. Please re-instate Fr Steve to public ministry....he is a very needed light in a dark word for many...his experience of help and enlightenment is a special gift fromGod which people need in these trying times. FYI Fr Steve is a master at funeral mass sermons...again he knows the the good deeds of the “sheep” and they appreciate the hell out of him recognizing their gifts God gave them!!
