Father Steve is an amazing priest who has touched more lives than he will ever know. He taught two of my kids at Scotus and they considered him a role model. Please allow him to continue being a role model for other students. God bless you, Fr Steve, and thank you!

Fr. Steve has been a big part of our family the past 20+ years. He did my twin sister's funeral and guided our family through that terrible time. He has baptized my children. He most recently came back to Columbus this past November for my mother's funeral. We know his character and he has always been the most helpful guiding person I've known. This needs to be reconsidered.

Fr Steve is the best teacher, especially in Theology, my two youngest daughters ever had! He has devoted his life to educating, supporting, coaching and ministering to the families and students he has developed relationships with through his years of teaching. I am disgusted!

Fr. Steve has been a friend to our family, involved in marriages, baptisms and has provided support and spiritual guidance for many years. We support him wholeheartedly. It would be a travesty to lose him as a priest.

Father Steve is by far the most influential priest I have encountered. He has shaped the lives of so many and has lead many to stronger faith in the Catholic Church. He was my theology teacher and coach at Scotus Central Catholic. After graduation, along fellow students, I visited him numerous times at his parish assignments throughout the state. By keeping him out of the public ministry all in the arch diocese are missing out.

Fr. Steve was and is one of the best ,most awesome preists ever! He was a leader with my 2 youngest in Scotus. And I worked with him for many years thru the local parish, he taught me so much about my Catholic faith!

Fr. Steve taught me Theology at Scotus Central Catholic. He was a great teacher. I was very fortunate to have him as a teacher and a priest at our high school.

Fr. Steve has been called by God to be a priest. We know him from when he was at Scotus Central Catholic high school. Do not reverse the plan God has for Fr. Steve Emanuel.

Fr. Steve taught Theology my senior year at Scotus Centra Catholic and came up with a class called God Stuff. He let the students pick any religion based topic we were curious about and he broadened our knowledge of world religion. He was also my football coach and track coach. I know him to be a man of his word who felt privileged to teach God’s word to youth. I have been out of school for 20 years now and I still hold him as a role model and am thankful he was a part of my life. I hate to think that a day would come where he couldn’t be there to be a role model in the Catholic Church.

I taught and coached with Fr. Steve for 5 years at Scotus. He taught my daughter and was there for her when she lost he husband. Fr. Steve is one of the best priests/individuals that I have ever been around.

Father Steve was the campus minister at Columbus Scotus when our kids were in high school. He was also their soccer coach. And when our son got married Father Steve came back to perform the sacrament. I have the highest regard for Father Steve. It is with great sadness that Father Steve has been taken from public ministry.
