The members are an integral part of an organization. Leaders cease to be effective if members voices are not heeded. The chapters are important for the mother AACE to continue to exist. Pls rethink your decision.

Please, preserve International AACE Chapters.
Otherwise will have a drop of our members and the disappearance of a great cultural tool.

Dissolution is not the solution.
We hope to hear the real issues. Let the voices of the chapters and members be heard. We all have worked in building, maintaining and innovating for the benefit of our members. We exist not just as mere organization but a legacy as well for future members. We are rooted on our commitment and service to the members. We have stood with the mother society despite adversities and challenges on our end. Do not expect us to let our hardwork go to waste.

Pls. save our chapters! If there was somethiing amiss, then let's work TOGETHER to find a solution. Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. I 'd like to believe the AACE leaders' intentions are good, but hope you realize the consequences will be BAD...very, very BAD. You, our leaders, can still stop the bad things from happening. You can still listen to us, your members. As Woodrow Wilson said, "The ear of the leader must ring with the voices of the people".

The best leaders listen and serve .. not dictate ... respect the beginnings because the now will never happen if yesterday was not taken cared of. AACE’s tomorrow is the entire membership and not just the leaders ..

Dissolution is not the solution. We hope to hear the real issues. Let the voices of the chapters and members be heard.
