The Boulder Park is an essential resource. Living just a few blocks away, we depend on it for a quick workout, family social time, and a place to expose our young daughter to the sport of climbing. Please continue to build this program.

As the lead Jenny Lake Climbing Ranger, we support the concept of a "Ranger Boulder" honoring the contributions of the Jenny Lake Climbing Rangers to Teton mountaineering as well as to those rescued and their family and friends.

The Jenny Lake Rangers are integral to the history of climbing in the Tetons. Additionally, the boulder park is an incredible asset in this community and with the increase in climbing's popularity and no indoor climbing gym, another boulder would help make the facility safer and serve the community better.

I hope you will support expanding the Teton Boulder Park with the edition of the Jenny Lake Ranger memorial boulder. Climbing is an important part of our local history. And the boulder park is a great way to meet other climbers and stay strong. As well a memorial to local rangers is very fitting as they have been putting their life on the line for decades to insure Teton climbers safety.
